The specific checkpoints completed for a given agency are disclosed on that agency's public profile.
It is not a guarantee of an agency's future conduct, financial stability, or the outcome of any engagement with that agency. It does not mean AgencyBenchmark has verified every claim an agency makes about itself, its clients, or its results. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for your own due diligence. Payment of a verification or renewal fee by an agency does not guarantee a passing result; fees cover the cost of the audit process.
Where an agency has opted into an in-person inspection, associated travel and accommodation costs are paid or reimbursed by the agency being inspected. This arrangement is disclosed on the relevant agency's profile. AgencyBenchmark's assessment findings are independent of this funding arrangement — an agency's payment for travel does not influence the inspection outcome.
