AgencyBenchmark is an independent, privately operated verification platform. It is not a government agency, regulator, licensing body, law-enforcement organization, or consumer protection authority. Verification status reflects the outcome of our own published methodology, not a legal certification of any kind. See our Verification Disclaimer for full detail.
The public directory and verification profiles are provided for informational purposes to help you make more informed decisions when researching modeling and talent agencies. AgencyBenchmark does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any agency, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a listed agency. You are responsible for your own due diligence before engaging any agency, verified or not.
By submitting an application for verification, an agency agrees that: all information and documents submitted are accurate and that the agency has authority to submit them; AgencyBenchmark may conduct checks including public record searches, reference checks, and (where applicable) video-call or in-person inspections; payment of any verification, renewal, or inspection fee does not guarantee a passing result — fees cover the cost of conducting the audit, not the outcome; AgencyBenchmark may suspend, downgrade, or revoke verification status at any time if new information indicates the agency no longer meets published standards, including in response to credible complaints; verification badges and profile links may only be used in the form provided and must not be altered to imply a higher status than issued, or to imply government or regulatory endorsement.
Users and agencies agree not to: submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; attempt to manipulate reviews, scores, or verification outcomes; use the site to harass, defame, or make false claims about any agency or individual; scrape, copy, or republish directory data at scale without permission.
All content on agencybenchmark.services, including the verification methodology, badge designs, and site content, is owned by AgencyBenchmark or its licensors. Verified agencies are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to display their issued badge while their verification remains active.
The service is provided "as is." AgencyBenchmark makes reasonable efforts to conduct accurate audits but does not guarantee that verified agencies will act lawfully, ethically, or in accordance with their stated policies at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgencyBenchmark is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on directory listings, verification status, or content on this site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgencyBenchmark is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
